Data Protection Policy
This charter describes in plain language what we do with your files and data when you use the Bonjour platform and the Bonjour Vision studio.
What we process and why
The files you import into Bonjour Vision are processed solely to produce the result you request (background removal, transcription, generation, etc.). No file is resold, nor used to train models.
Retention: 48 hours maximum
Imported files and temporary results are automatically deleted 48 hours after their creation. Only the creations you choose to save in your gallery are kept, until you delete them.
Sanctuary Mode
In Sanctuary mode, content is encrypted browser-side before sending: the platform cannot read your documents. The mode can be adjusted from the site header at any time.
History and activity log
We maintain a technical history of processing (tool used, date, status, cost in service units) for associative billing, abuse prevention, and aggregated statistics. This history does not contain the content of your files.
Your rights
You can view, export, and delete your creations from the Member Area. Any request for access, rectification, or erasure can be sent via the Contact page; we respond within 30 days.
Security
Encrypted transport (HTTPS), storage restricted by row-level security policies, rate limiting on processing, administrator access logging, and hashed IP fingerprints, never in plain text.
