Can I really pay with hours from the Time Bank?
Yes. 1 hour of contributed work equals 18€. When you have settled hours in your balance, you can apply them to your Essentiel or Pro subscription at checkout.
What happens during the 21-day trial?
You get full access to the tier you pick. No charge until day 22 — cancel any time from Dashboard → Billing.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Stripe (all major cards, SEPA, Apple/Google Pay) and PayPal. Enterprise contracts can be invoiced.
Can I change tier later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from Dashboard → Billing. Proration is handled automatically.
Is my data really Zero-Knowledge?
In Sanctuary mode: yes. AES-GCM 256 encryption in your browser, keys never leave the tab. Files auto-delete after 48h.
