Terms of use

1. Acceptance

By using Bonjour, you accept these terms. If you disagree, please stop using the platform.

2. Membership

Access is granted after review. Every member represents themselves or a legal entity they are authorised to represent.

3. Acceptable use

No illegal activity, harassment, scraping without permission, or attempts to break Zero-Knowledge guarantees. We suspend accounts for abuse.

4. Contributions & Time Bank

Contributions (subscriptions) support the association. Time Bank credits are converted at 1 hour = 18€. Payouts happen via secure Stripe-link codes. See Refunds.

5. Liability

The platform is provided "as is". The association's liability is capped at the last 12 months of contributions paid by the member.

6. Governing law

French law. Disputes are handled by the competent courts of Paris.
