Usage rights
All rights reserved to the author and creator. Used by the association “Un Pour Tous Et Tous Pour Un” within its statutory purposes, as an authorised user acting in the interest of the rights owner.
Article 1 — Ownership of rights

(architecture, code source, interfaces, contenus éditoriaux, marques et identité visuelle) est l'œuvre d'une personne physique : Шевченко Сергей Викторович (Shevchenko Sergei Viktorovich). L'ensemble des droits de propriété intellectuelle, patrimoniaux et moraux, lui est réservé.

Article 2 — Use by the non-profit
Association "Un Pour Tous Et Tous Pour Un" bénéficie d'un droit d'usage non exclusif, non cessible et révocable, strictement limité à la réalisation de ses objectifs statutaires. L'association agit en qualité d'authorized user acting in the interest of the rights holder.
This use does not involve any transfer of ownership, any assignment of economic rights, or any license for the benefit of third parties. Any reproduction, adaptation, or exploitation by a third party requires the prior written authorization of the author.
Article 3 — Proof of authorship
Authorship is cryptographically fixed using OpenTimestamps : a SHA-256 fingerprint of the authorship manifest is anchored in the Bitcoin blockchain. The proof is immutable, verifiable by anyone, and independent of both the association and the host.

Article 4 — Important legal notice — Time Bank
The “Time Bank” is the name of an internal system for accounting and exchanging time within the community.
Time is an internal unit for exchanging services and contributions. It has no value outside the ecosystem. Fixed reference rate: 1 hour = €20 (no inflation, no fluctuation, no commission). Time contributions are neither convertible nor refundable into legal tender. They are only usable to access platform services.
