Membership structure (Association Loi 1901)
- Participants are affiliated members (membres affiliés) of the association.
- Affiliated members are not full members: they hold no vote at the general assembly and no seat on the board.
- Legal status: Program Participant, responsible only within the rules of the chosen program level.
- This document is the Règlement du Programme — the rules of participation, not commercial terms of service.
During onboarding you pick a program level (Découverte, Créateur or Pro). The interface states clearly: You are joining as a Program Participant, not a full association member.
Privacy by design (GDPR + Zero-Knowledge)
- Files uploaded in Sanctuary (private) mode are cryptographically wiped after 48 hours — keys destroyed, not a soft delete.
- No IP logging during private-mode sessions.
- Session tokens only, with no linkage back to a user profile.
- We do not use your content to train public AI models.
Hosting
Hosted on Infomaniak (Switzerland / France) — GDPR compliant and outside the reach of the US Cloud Act.
Blockchain and certificates
Each participant can receive a non-transferable membership proof (soulbound) at their program level, and certify creations with a fingerprint anchored publicly. See proof of authenticity.
